Operation
Store the machine:When you open the package, please put the machine in the ventilation and dry house whose temperature is above 10ºC.
Add the hydraulic operating fluid: Screw oil filler plug (see the sign of oil filler), add the hydraulic operating fluid slowly (refer to technical data I). Watch the oil leveler, the oil should be above 3/4 of the scale.
Connect the electrical wire: The voltage of these series machines is 380V*50HZ (A.C.).Meanwhile, these machines need three phase (four wires). The electrical parts are below the electrical panel. The electrical wire throws off when the machine goes out the factory. The colored wires are the zero wire.
The direction of turning about plunger pump: Rotate the master switch to "ON", when the electricity connect right. The power is coming. And then push the "start button" to start the motor to watch the turning direction of motor. If the turning direction of motor is wrong, the machine could not work. You can see the right sign of turning direction on the motor. The way of adjusting the direction: turn off the power, change any two live wires.
Systematic pressure: hydraulic pressure adjusted right when the machine goes out from the factory. Don't adjust to avoid the machine broken.
Exclude the air:The system has air when the machine operate at first time. Therefore, the die base will tremble. Don't worry, it's normal. Please loosen the plug on the machine head (it is behind of self-oiling cup). And change the air bleed assembly. At this time loosen the nut of the air bleed. Then start the motor and choose the hand mode, push the function button to jogging position, then push the tighten button. When the air is excluded from the air bleed (till the oil can discharge continuation), screw the nut and start to work. The trembling is disappearing.
Choose the die: The customers can choose the die according to the hose. The surface of die has the dimension of the die bore.
8. Fine-tuning show:The number on the fine tuning key is the size you set, the red number is the tighten size, showing "units, point",it means the tighten size you set.For example,the die ID is 23mm,the tighten fine tuning number is 3.6,so the tighten size is 23+3.6=26.6.The blue number is the fine tuning open size ,it shows "ten, units",the same with the tighten ,the blue number add the die ID is the open size you need.
9. Install the dies (the machine can work with quick change tool.)
The right way to change the dies: When the dies almost tighten fully closely, insert the eight knobs of the quick change tool into the pins of the dies. When they match with each other completely, push the loosen button. Till the die base is opened, the dies release. Store the dies into the right storage locker. And then change another dies into the die base. Please make sure the whole dies insert into the pins of the die base. Then push the tighten button, the hand should be in level and install the dies slowly during the processing of installing the dies. Till the dies close completely and the dies match with the die base enough, pull the quick change tool out. (There is the magnet on the quick change tool. Pull the quick change tool out softly.)
10.Lubricate the die base: At the beginning of crimping, add the lithium grease to the head of die base so that the working surface is smooth.
11.Operate the hose crimper: when you finished the work the above mentioned, machine can start to run. First, star the machine ,install the right dies, choose the hand mode, Adjust the reasonable tighten size and loosen size through the fine tuning "+" "-" key ,than choose the mode you need.
. Maintenance
You should often add oil to the working surface and die base surface and the adapter die, and keep them clean.
Make sure the hydraulic liquid is clean. Otherwise, it will be impact the life time of machine.
Clean oil filter and internal tank regularly. Clean them once in a half year.
Please check the flanges and fix the bolts regularly. If they are loose, please screw down. (150N M)
.You'd better not crimp the hose which diameter is above Φ38 when you the first time to use the machine. (about 2-3 months)
