P20hp-Type Hose crimping Machine is a light portable model. Its structure is simple for easy operating, handling, and adopts super high pressure hand pump as the power source, is more suitable for field work and for production of hose assembly without power.

IV. The instructions for use and maintenance
Fix the base before using, 4 foundation bolt holes diameter of the base are φ10, central distance of four holes is 233mm × 483mm.
Unscrew the screws of pouring orifice after fixing the base well, and then inject 3 to 3.5 liters of clean hydraulic oil into the oil tank. Do not tighten the screws of pouring orifice without moving the equipment; what you can do is only to cover the pouring orifice to prevent the ingress of dust and debris. When the equipment is moved you can tighten the screws to prevent the oil overflow from the tank.
Screw the oil pump compression bar to the oil pump together, and then the afterburning rod is sleeved to the pump compression bar. Turn the directional valve handle to I position, and see whether the mold base retreats when pressing down the afterburning rod, if it retreats, let it retreat to the last; if not, you shall see the number that pressure gauge shows; if the gauge exceeds 3MPa, then the oil cylinder piston has retreated to the last, then turn the directional valve handle to II position, to unload the cylinder pressure. Then coat uniformly with grease on the front cover and each conical surface of the piston to maintain lubrication for the conical surface of the mold base and the connection.
Adjusting the scale
The scale is used to adjust the size of the buckle pressure. Clockwise to adjust the buckle pressure decreases, counter-clockwise to adjust the buckle pressure increases. The scale is connected with the cylinder end caps by three socket head cap screws and three springs on the scale seat. Hand-pull the scale (perpendicular to the cylinder end cap direction), it can flexibly leave the oil tank cover, and it is recovered by the spring elastic after letting go. Before each boot you should carefully examine whether the scale is flexible, wire connection is reliable.
Turn the directional valve handle of the hand pump to I position, pressing the hand pump can open the mold; turn the directional valve handle to II position, you can unload the cylinder pressure; turn the directional valve handle to III position, pressing the hand pump can make the mold press to the center.
The corresponding mold should be replaced first, installed in a clockwise direction before locking tube, and then adjust the scale according to "Reference table for tube locking technical parameters" on the last page, the first empty lock once to see whether the scale works. If it works, turn the directional valve handle to I position, after opening the mold by hand pump, the hose assembly will be placed at buckle pressure position, pressing the hand pump to start buckle pressing, if the indicator on the scale seat lights, the buckle pressing completes and stops buckle pressing. Then turn the manual valve handle to I position, and press the hand pump, so that the mold open, remove the hose assembly that buckle pressed well. Measure its size is qualified, if it doesn't reach the buckle pressing size, the scale should be fine-tuned as the actual size.
After each buckle pressing is completed, open the mold to the maximum, so that the mold base spring is in a bounce status, otherwise damage to the spring life.
8. After the battery runs out, unscrew two Phillips screws in front of the base to replace the battery in the battery box, and then re-install it well.
9. After work, you must clean the machine; cover it well with plastics cloth.
V. Test examples
Buckle press Φ19 layer tubes (manufactured according to JB1885-77 standard) From "Reference table for tube locking technical parameters" you can find the outer diameters of Φ19 layer hose sleeve are 39mm before buckle pressing, and 35mm after buckle pressing, the inner diameter of the mold should be Φ34, corresponding to the scale is 2.7. Place the diameter of Φ34 mold into the mold, and turn the ruler scale to 3.5, and assemble it well with connectors after peeling the hose.
Carry out buckle pressing operations as the "operation" steps, measure the sleeve diameter after the buckle pressing is completed, if the measured size is Φ35mm, then complete buckle pressing. If the buckle pressing diameter is not Φ35mm, buckle press again after fine-tuning the scale. For example: if the measured size is Φ35.5mm, then adjust the scale 1.35 rings in counterclockwise. Because that hose and sleeve are produced by different manufacturers, the specific size, and material of products may be different, so the data in the table is only for reference, the specific buckle pressing size should be based on the pressure test.
VI. Points for attention
1. The hydraulic oil filling in the tank must be clean hydraulic oil.
2. The number that pressure gauge shows should not be more than 20MPa when buckle pressing, and not be more than 3MPa when retreating.
3. Grease on the front cover and cone surface of piston 2-4 times/per shift (recommended Great Wall brand HP-R advanced extreme pressure grease).
4. Scale position is strictly prohibited to move and lift, otherwise damaged.
5. After each buckle pressing is completed, so that the mold base spring is in a bounce status, otherwise damage to the spring life.
Always check the hydraulic oil in the tank, replenish hydraulic oil in time if you found that fuel shortage; oil filter after contaminated or replaced. The oil shall be filtered or replaced if it is contaminated.
Keep the lock internal clean to prevent debris into the lock cylinder through the mold in the processing, which affects the normal use. Remove debris timely brought into the mold when buckle pressing joints, and often grease albany grease on the friction surface of the mold base for lubrication.
